By using The Montpellier Wine Bar & Cellar Restaurant website and/or making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your dining experience.

1. Reservations & Payments

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by The Montpellier Wine Bar & Hatton Collection Team.

• For direct bookings via our website, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive one, please contact us to confirm your reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

• For individual cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the restaurant reservation may incur a cancellation charge.

• For restaurant group bookings (8 or more), a longer cancellation period may apply; this will be outlined at the time of booking.

6. Dining Reservations

• Dining reservations are recommended, particularly during weekends and peak seasons.

• Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.

• A deposit may be required for larger groups or special events.

7. Guest Conduct

• We ask all guests to respect the comfort and wellbeing of others drinking and dining in the bar upstairs or restaurant downstairs.

• The management reserves the right to refuse service, or to require a guest to leave, should their behaviour be deemed disruptive, inappropriate or in breach of bar and restaurant policies.

8. Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to  property during their visit.

• The Montpellier Wine Bar and Cellar Restaurant accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings unless due to negligence on our part.

9. Smoking Policy

• The Montpellier Wine Bar and Cellar Restaurant is a non-smoking venue. 

10. Force Majeure

• The venue shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any obligations due to events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, travel disruptions, pandemics, or government restrictions).
